Dr. Phil's 3 Fold Healing Practice is located in beautiful Cutter Rock Center, 2065 S. Escondido Blvd, Suite 102, Escondido, CA 92025.
It is a home atmosphere solo practice for 39 years. Our procedure is simple and time tested using the oldest and original Non-Force technique, circa 1923.

The founder Dr. Richard Van Rumpt, was Dr. Phil's personal teacher for the last 6 years of his life until his passing in 1985. He trusted Dr. Phil with his work as he lived out of a suitcase teaching D.N.F.T. for a couple of years before settling down to start a family. Van, as colleagues affectionately called him, impacted Chiropractic as a true pioneer with his constant research for 60 yrs.

Dr. Phil duplicated his style of practice utilizing a single table in a large comfortable room. He gowns his patients for ease of spinal markings for full investigation and accuracy. The specific directional thrust is very light yet powerful and corrects neuro-impingement that influences every organ in your body. The reason your visits are 40 minutes is to assure a complete spinal correction and low level laser application if needed. The extended time also allows Dr. Phil to get to know you.
