Appointments

Calling 1.888.407.4055 will give both you and Dr Phil an option to talk either live or be directed to this website for self booking appointments. You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your appointment time and date, along with your scheduled treatment up to 30 days in advance. We have been blessed for 40 years of patients honoring their time slots, coupled with Dr. Phil strongly attempting to stay on schedule as well. On a rare occasion Dr. Phil may re-schedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond his control including seminars. This will result in an email notification being sent to you on Dr. Phil's behalf, at which time "you" will need to reschedule your appointment.

Financial

 Dr. Phil's practice has been a cash and check based practice for 40 years.

Cancellation

Things happen, no judgement. However, your consideration of 24 hours prior notice is helpful to us. This allows us to book additional patients looking for treatment in your place. You have an option to either cancel or re book your appointment at your convenience.
